Welcome to 4K Bowen Farm Store. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order.

 

 

1. General

  • This website is operated by 4K Bowen Corporation, a family-operated, Disabled Veteran owned, NPIP Certified Game Farm in Florida.

  • We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our site constitutes acceptance of changes.

 

 

 

2. Products & Services

 

  • We sell fertile quail hatching eggs (Coturnix, Sunset Coturnix, and Northern Bobwhite).

  • Eggs are fresh, hand-collected, and shipped in eco-friendly packaging.

  • Fertile eggs are not guaranteed to hatch. Hatch rates depend on the buyer’s equipment and incubation methods.

 

3. Orders & Payments

 

  • All payments must be completed at checkout.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected misuse or violation of these Terms.

 

4. Shipping & Risk of Loss

 

 

  • Lower 48 States: Shipped via FedEx 2-Day Express.

  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & U.S. Territories: Shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

  • Risk of loss passes to the buyer once the order is delivered by the carrier.

  • We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by weather or carrier mishandling.

 

 

5. Damaged Shipments

 

  • FedEx Shipments: We will file insurance claims, but you must provide clear photos of the damaged box, visible shipping label, and broken eggs.

  • USPS Shipments: The buyer must file the insurance claim directly with USPS using the same required photos.

 

 

6. Refunds & Returns

 

  • We do not accept returns of hatching eggs.

  • No refunds are provided once eggs have shipped.

  • By purchasing, you acknowledge that hatch rates are not guaranteed.

 

 

 

7. Limitation of Liability

 

  • 4K Bowen Farm is not liable for damages arising from the use, inability to use, or improper use of our products.

  • We are not responsible for losses caused by incubation errors, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

 

 

 

 

8. Governing Law

 

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
