🥚 Egg Policies

Because of the delicate nature of shipping fertile eggs, please note:

  • No Guaranteed Hatch Rates – Success depends on incubation methods, equipment, and environment.

  • No Refunds or Returns – You are purchasing fertile eggs, not live chicks. Returns are not accepted.

        FedEx Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, we will file the FedEx insurance claim. To process, you must provide clear photos of.

    • USPS Shipments: If your order was shipped USPS (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories), you must file the insurance claim directly with USPS. The same photo requirements apply.

      Shipping Damage:

       

  • Processing Time: Orders are shipped daily, but due to order volume, processing may take 1–2 weeks before your eggs leave the farm.
