Shipping

Where do you ship?
We ship to all US states. Eggs to the Lower 48 go FedEx. Eggs to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US territories go USPS Priority Mail.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Egg orders of $40 or more ship free to every US state and Puerto Rico. Items that ship from a supplier have their shipping figured at checkout.

How long until my order ships?
We ship daily, but because of order volume it can take 1 to 2 weeks before your eggs leave the farm. Items from our supply partners ship directly from the supplier.

Can you ship eggs to Hawaii?
Yes, with an approved Hawaii import permit before shipment. See our Hawaii shipping page.

Hatching eggs

Are you NPIP certified?
Yes. We are a licensed NPIP game bird farm in Mayo, Florida.

What hatch rate should I expect?
We can't guarantee hatch rates. Results depend on shipping, weather, your incubator and how the eggs are handled. For added peace of mind, you can add our Hatch Rate Assurance, which guarantees a minimum 50% hatch rate of viable eggs, calculated from the total number of eggs shipped.

What about the weather?
Extreme heat, cold or local delays at your end can affect hatch rates. Please check your weather before you order.

My eggs arrived broken. What do I do?
For FedEx orders, send us clear photos of the damaged box with the label showing and the broken eggs inside, and we will file the FedEx claim. For USPS orders (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, territories), you file the claim with USPS. The same photos are needed.

Holiday shipping

When is the last day to order for Christmas?
Order by Dec 10 for our last holiday ship date.

Returns

Can I return eggs?
No. Fertile eggs can't be returned or refunded.

Can I return supplies and equipment?
Email 4kbowen@gmail.com with your order number (and photos if damaged) before sending anything back. We'll reply with return steps. Non-egg items follow the return policy of the vendor that supplies them, including the return window and who pays return shipping. Jeffers items have a $5 return fee.
